The N°08 Forge has a hot-forged blade in high-carbon steel ensuring high cutting quality. "Raw forge" , it is ground only on the lower part, leaving a hammered appearance on the upper part which gives even more character to this pocket knife.
The ebony handle is cut with irregular facets and oiled .

The blade is certified as food contact compliant. However, it remains a high carbon steel blade that should not be used with acidic foods.
