Pachmayr Decelerator Slip-On Recoil Pad
Both the Decelerator and the Renegade slip-on recoli pads are great products. In my opinion, the Renegade is a softer pad and therefore can absorb more felt recoil. I would recommend that the Renegade pad have the same profile as the Decelerator to accommodate fitting on the stock without interfering with sling attachments. I had to cut some of the rubber away to fit on the stock of my rifle. I used the Decelerator pad on my SKS to lengthen the LOP from 12.5" to 13.5". I used the Renegade pad on my .308, as I had modified the butt of the rifle stock to accept the softer slip-on pad so as not to increase the LOP by too much. Pachmayr make good products and I would recommend them to anyone.

Pachmayr Decelerator Slip-On Recoil Pad
I bought this thinking that it would be superior to the Pachmayr Renegade slip-on recoil pad because it was higher priced. I prefer the Renegade as it is made of softer material. I haven't shot my rifle with the Renegade on yet, so the jury is still out... but I will update my review when I have tried it out.
