    Warranty

Posted by Bill Barber on 2023 May 24th

After several discussions with Swarovski they repaired the scope They advised that when it was assembled several screws where not "locktited" and this cause the reticle to fall out. Hopefully this will solve the problem. Used on a Colorado elk hunt with out any failures. they stood behind the warranty

    fell apart

Posted by Bill Barber on 2021 Oct 23rd

Went Moose Hunting in Nakina ON this fall. Second day the scope completely failed. No reason??? Mounted on a Browning BAR 300 Win Mag. Sighted in with less than 40 rounds bullets in same hole. Carried with my sons Leupold Freedom His was fine my useless. No rifle for the week. Waiting to see if Swarovski gives warranty. Owned many scopes over 40/Forty years of hunting in boats planes and ATV's no issues. This ruined a hard earned week of hunting !! Recticle is rolling around in tube like a dice. We will see if the warranty is worth the Paper its written on. Total FUBAR Bill Barber PEC. ON
